“ The food was excellent. If I wasn't satisfied with food, there was no charge. I think Kevin strives and is observant on watching the customers to see responses and reactions to their food. Yes! I think they want to make sure the customer has a positive experience. I see diversity in customers which is very important in a restaurant business! ”
“ Food was absolutely delicious and staff is very friendly! Not sure why the placed it's not packed! We were so happy to find it and will be going back soon! ”
“ Pho Yummy was delicious. The pho broth was so warm, comforting and full of flavor. Everything else was super fresh. I also really liked that the sweetener they use on their drinks is cane sugar! All the employees here are super kind as well. There is tons of seating so we were seated as soon and we arrived, and service was great. ”
“ This is one of my dad's go-to spots to get pho in the area! Located in a very popular plaza, Pho Yummy does offer a large parking lot, however, it's shared by all the other businesses so it can get pretty crowded during peak hours. Usually you'll be able to find a spot, but it might be a little further out. We came in on a Friday afternoon for lunch and there was no wait to be seated. The inside of the restaurant is pretty cute with modern aspects to it and there's a lot of tables and seating available. Our server was very quick to check in on us and take our order and all of the food came out super quickly. We ordered the pho combo and shrimp spring rolls, both of which were great! I got the regular size and it was so full after finishing it, but my dad got the large and there's only a $1 difference! The pho itself was delicious and you could really taste the spices in their broth. They also give you a lot of meat, which I appreciated. The spring rolls were also very fresh and paired perfectly with their peanut dipping sauce. Overall, this was a solid pho spot! I'd definitely come back again ! ”
“ Pho Yummy has been such a delightful experience for me. This is the third time I've visited, and each time, my wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed the service and food. During our second visit, the owner was present and she was incredibly attentive, making us feel very welcomed. It wasn't just a typical dine-and-dash experience; she took the time to chat with us and even offered us their amazing Taiyaki croissants to sample, as she was still perfecting her recipe. It was delicious, to say the least. Their pho is fantastic, offering a variety of options. I particularly love their Pho Brisket. The broth is rich and flavorful, and the brisket is braised for five hours, making it incredibly tender. Each bowl of pho comes with a side of condiments to enhance your meal. Another standout dish is their Prime Wagyu, which features wagyu beef on a sizzling plate with grilled onions (which are superb), eggs, tomatoes, pate, lettuce, and white rice. The servers are attentive, and the restaurant is clean and spacious. Pho Yummy is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking available. I highly recommend Pho Yummy; it will not disappoint. ”
“ The service and food was fantastic. I had the shredded Wagyu beef with rice. It was a rustic meal, very basic and good. The owner even gave me a sample of their sweet sticky rice desert with red bean. It was to die for. It's super similar to a Taiwanese desert I've been looking for years and it was wildly delicious. I'll be back. ”
“ Good customer service, a bit of time to get your food. I ordered the Shaken Beef which comes with slaw on lettuce, rice and the shaken beef. I felt the proportion of beef to rice and salad was small. The pieces of beef are small to begin with and mixed with the onions and tomato, the portion of beef is even smaller. The rice was dry so I had to mix with the shaken beef sauce. Taste was good though. ”
“ Was looking for noodles and broth (ramen, pho, etc.) so landed on Pho Yummy. Warning on parking, the spots are tight so when someone does a bad parking job it eliminates adjacent spots. And this area can get packed Friday and weekend evenings, so go early before 6 if you don't want to go looking. Pho Yummy is near the end of the building by the bakery. The sign is big and bright so you can't miss it. The interior is simple and modern, white walls, bright and well lit with nice contrasting dark wood tables and black accented walls on the back and near the cashier. There were about 12-15ish tables seating 4 people each (I think there were more) Staff was very friendly and polite and gave us ample time to look through the menu. Service was excellent, the staff they took our order answered our questions, the food came out unexpectedly fast on a cart that was pushed. The usual bean sprouts, jalapeno, lime, and basil left at our table before the pho arrived. The broth was perfect for the cold weather and my slightly sore throat. It was clear with minimal oil on the surface, flavor was good, not too salty I prefer it slightly sweeter but it was not bad at all. Brisket came fully cooked and tender, was not rough or chewy at all. I've come to really enjoy the broth with a squeeze of lime instead of sriracha and hoisin directly in it (which no judgement, you do what you like!). Noodles were cooked perfectly, with a slight chew but not chewy. If you're like me you always take the broth home, which the staff were happy to provide take out containers for us. Will definitely come back and update this review trying other items on the menu. But if you're in the Cerritos area check this place out! ”
“ Recently moved to around the area and really enjoyed this pho spot! They just opened recently and the service was amazing! I ordered the pork spring rolls and the pho boneless short rib. The short ribs just melts in your mouth, so good! We got complimentary desert which was the taro taiyaki. I've never had taiyaki before but this was sooo good. It was not too sweet at all. I would definitely come back here and would love to try all the other types of taiyaki they have available. There is a lot of parking at this restaurant, however it was kinda hard to find at night. The restaurant sign wasn't lit up, but it's situated on a corner so shouldn't be hard to find. Can't wait to come back next time! ”
